Spring - June 2012
It's the beginning of vacation season in Provincetown. Now is the time to
plan for Valentine's Day Weekend, St. Patrick Day Weekend, Single
Women's Weekend, and of course Memorial Day Weekend. Rates are
$1400 to $2600 per week in our private single family home which is
newly constructed. Now is the time to book for 2012 as we book up early
every year!
July & August 2012
Peak summer weeks fill up fast every year especially July 4th Week,
Summer Bear Week, Summer Girl Splash Week, Family Week, and
Carnival Week! Reserve Today for 2012 Prime Weeks as we book up
EARLY every year! Prices range from $2800 - $3400.
September - New Years 2012
Availability is open for the the fall and New Years Eve. Rates vary
from $1400 up to $2600 per week. We are also available for Labor Day
Week, Women's Week, Halloween Weekend, Thanksgiving Day Week,
Holly Folly Week in December, Christmas and New Years Celebrations!
Please contact us for availability and/or if you are interested in another
getaway week or long weekend starting at $1000 (3 Night Minimum) -
OFF Peak Season only.

Payment Policy
Peak Season Rental Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Credit
Cards (4% Service Fee added to lease amount) and personal checks
are accepted. A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking.
All deposits are refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival date. Refund
of deposit less than 60 days prior is subject to re-booking of property
for same week.
Balance plus $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after departure
following post inspection. Additionally, a $200 cleaning fee maybe applied if the house is not left in a reasonable condition it was found in.
Sorry! No Smoking. Some pets okay for an additional fee with prior
approval. No approval can result in the loss of the security deposit.
